AFFILIATED BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT DISCLOSURE
STATEMENT
This is to give notice that The Realty Agency, LLC (“TRA”),
LoanSuite Mortgage, LLC (“LoanSuite”), Homespect of Arizona, LLC, doing
business as Xpose 360 (“Xpose 360”), Farmers Insurance Valentin Guzman
Insurance Agency, LLC (“Farmers Insurance”) and Blueink Title Agency, LLC
(“BTA”) are part of a family of companies under
common ownership or control, and each may refer
to the services of another.
Because of these relationships, referrals to any of these
companies by another may provide the referring company and or its affiliates
with financial or other benefits. Valentin Guzman owns 100% of TRA, LoanSuite, Xpose 360, and Farmers
Insurance; Valentin Guzman, Nabile Paredes, Robert J Tuggle, Berenice Avalos,
Debbie Dimas, and Selma Martinez collectively own 100% of BTA.
Set forth below is the estimated charge or range of charges of
each of the services listed. You are NOT required to use any of these service
providers as a condition of the sale of the subject property or to obtain
access to any settlement service.

(“Xpose360 Home Inspections”) and the Valentin Guzman Insurance Agency LLC. to
contact me using that information. I understand and agree that my express
consent to be contacted using automated technology ceases upon termination of
the mortgage loan application process.
